About Us

T.C. Technologies Inc., in Toronto, Ontario, is a third-party auditing firm for petroleum companies and renewable fuel companies founded on 1996. Tom Chan, our president and CEO has more than 27 years of experience in auditing management systems and environmental regulations, which developed his analytical skills, people skills, and positive attitude to providing good quality service to his clients.

Tom is a B.S. in Chemistry graduate from McMaster University with various master management diplomas. He also earned an auditing certification and a Clean Fuel Regulations Basic Training Certification from Environment Canada and Climate Change.

Complaints and appeals process

 

TC Technologies Inc. (TCT) is committed to handling complaints and appeals in a fair, impartial, and transparent manner in accordance with ISO/IEC 17029 and ISO 14065 requirements.

Complaints: A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction related to TCT’s validation/verification activities, personnel, or operations.

Appeals: An appeal is a request for reconsideration of a validation or verification decision issued by TCT.

How to Submit a Complaint or Appeal: Complaints and appeals may be submitted by email or through the website contact form and should include sufficient information to allow investigation.

Process

All complaints and appeals are:

  • Acknowledged within 10 business days
  • Reviewed by personnel independent of the verification activity
  • Investigated objectively and confidentially
  • Decided by authorized personnel not involved in the original decision

TCT ensures that submitting a complaint or appeal will not result in any discriminatory or retaliatory action.
